Hotel Policies

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of reservation.
Reservations can be cancelled up until 13 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% penalty.
Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a penalty of the entire cost of the room and tax deposit.

Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early prior to the confirmed departure date, for any reason, an early departure fee is applicable.
Applicable taxes, service charges, and value-added tax (VAT), if applicable, will be added to the hotel bill. The taxes, service charges and value-added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.
The Front Desk might grant a later check-out time on your departure day. It is based on availability and a nominal fee might apply.
Minimum age for check-in: 21 years.
