Pavão is the on-site restaurant of Sweetfield Manor, near Bridgetown. Situated in a lovely Courtyard it’s perfect for Al Fresco dining. We specialise in a fusion food – an imaginative blend of Caribbean and International cuisines. Each dish is expertly crafted and prepared by our experienced culinary team to make the most of local and seasonal ingredients.
We are open for a breakfast, which is fairly laid back, as well as dinner where great food and wine can be enjoyed in a transformed evening environment. No shorts for dinner service please.

Little fact: Pavão pronounced ‘pa-vow’, means “Peacock” in Portuguese. Very fitting considering how many we have at Sweetfield!
