We stayed three nights at this fabulous boutique hotel in March. It is a beautifully restored historic manor with wonderful living and dining room on the main floor, with original pieces and furniture that display island living, abundant with charm. We had welcome drinks on the verandah overlooking the lush grounds and gardens. The peacocks were a sight to behold and it was a pleasure to see them in full display. We stayed in the carriage house which is great for families, with a master bedroom and a loft bed for our son. It has its own private verandah and eating area, leading out to the garden and pool. L’Occitane bath products were luxurious and there is a huge shower and bathroom. The three course breakfast was a great start to the day, with a different main course every day, featuring salmon, eggs, bacon, etc. There is coffee and tea in the living room offered throughout the day. This is a true oasis and perfect if you are looking for a unique stay in a historic setting on a gorgeous island!
