There is no cancellation fee or requirement of a credit card for parties of 4 persons or less.
Please contact PAVÃO if you wish to cancel your party's reservation at your earliest opportunity.

Group Reservations
Reservations for groups (5 or more persons) require a credit card and a security deposit of $50 per person will be charged to your credit card.
This security deposit will be credited to the final bill.
To cancel or amend (changing the time or group size) a group reservation, you are required to give PAVÃO a minimum of 8 hours notice.
Failure to cancel a reservation within 8 hours will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit.
Failure to amend a reservation within 8 hours could result in either your request/s not being met or a charge being made against the security deposit.

Lateness & No Shows
A table is deemed to be a “no show” if you are 15 minutes late for your reservation and have not contacted PAVÃO.
In the event of a "no show", your table will be given away and you will be seated based on availability.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of reservation.
  • Reservations can be cancelled up until 13 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% penalty.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a penalty of the entire cost of the room and tax deposit.

Check-in/Check-out Policy

  • Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early prior to the confirmed departure date, for any reason, an early departure fee is applicable.
  • Applicable taxes, service charges, and value-added tax (VAT), if applicable, will be added to the hotel bill. The taxes, service charges and value-added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.
  • The Front Desk might grant a later check-out time on your departure day. It is based on availability and a nominal fee might apply.
  • Minimum age for check-in: 21 years.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.
