The Venue

The atmosphere at Sweetfield is truly unique. Lush tropical gardens, wandering peacocks, mahogany trees the lagoon pool are just a few of the things guests will really appreciate.

The upper grounds are an ideal place for wedding ceremonies, whilst the lower grounds lend themselves nicely to receptions and other gatherings.

Should the weather decide to not cooperate, we have our own tents to ensure nothing with dampen the occasion. We also have our own event furniture such as Ghost Chiavari chairs for dining; white padded wooden chairs for wedding ceremonies; round tables; rectangular tables and cocktail tables.  LED accent lighting is also available.

Catering

We know food and drink are usually a big part of any celebration, so our Chef and his dedicated team will work with you to create exquisite dishes to accommodate all tastes and which are fitting to the occasion.

Walk Ins

PAVÃO welcomes walk-ins. Seating for walk-ins is based on availability and patrons may be subject to a wait.

Reservations


PAVÃO encourages all our patrons to make reservations 24 hours in advance.
There is no cancellation fee or requirement of a credit card for parties of 4 persons or less.
Please contact PAVÃO if you wish to cancel your party’s reservation at your earliest opportunity.

Table cancellations can be made by the following methods:


A table is deemed to be a “no show” if you are 15 minutes late for your reservation and have not contacted PAVÃO.
In the event of a “no show”, your table will be given away and you will be seated based on availability.

Group Reservations


Reservations for groups (5 or more persons) require a credit card and a security deposit of $50 per person will be charged to your credit card.
This security deposit will be credited to the final bill.
To cancel or amend (changing the time or group size) a group reservation, you are required to give PAVÃO a minimum of 8 hours notice. 
Failure to cancel a reservation within 8 hours will result in a forfeiture of the security deposit.
Failure to amend a reservation within 8 hours could result in either your request/s not being met or a charge being made against the security deposit.

  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of reservation.
  • Reservations can be cancelled up until 13 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% penalty.
  • Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a penalty of the entire cost of the room and tax deposit.

Check-in/Check-out Policy

Check-in: 3:00 pm Check-out: 12:00pm

  • Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early prior to the confirmed departure date, for any reason, an early departure fee is applicable.
  • Applicable taxes, service charges, and value-added tax (VAT), if applicable, will be added to the hotel bill. The taxes, service charges and value-added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.
  • The Front Desk might grant a later check-out time on your departure day. It is based on availability and a nominal fee might apply.
  • Minimum age for check-in: 21 years.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error.

I have implemented IP Anonymization, simply put, the last three digits of your IP address are set to zeros in memory shortly after being sent to the Analytics Collection Network. The full IP address is never retained, or written to disk.
