Check-in/Check-out Policy

Check-in: 3:00pm Check-out: Noon

• Rates quoted are based on check-in date and length of stay shown. Should you depart early prior to the departure date confirmed for any reason, hotels may impose an early departure fee.
• Applicable taxes, service charges, and value added tax (VAT), if applicable, will be added to the hotel bill. The taxes, service charges and value added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.
• A later check-out time might be granted by the Front Desk on your departure day. It is based upon availability and a nominal fee might apply.
• Minimum age for check-in: 21 years.

Cancellation Policy

• Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at time of reservation.
• Reservations can be cancelled up until 15 days prior to arrival to avoid penalty.
• Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will incur a 50% penalty.
• Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a penalty of the entire room and tax deposit.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations where it appears that a customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservations contain or resulted from a mistake or error
